Michigan Jackson (of Hoboken) will be the featured reader-performer at the lively new multi-talent venue called ALLITERATION ALLEY, Thursday, May 16 at 8:00 PM -- Victory Hall, 186 Grand St.,Jersey City, four blocks from Grove St. Station, near City Hall. Admission $3.00. Michigan will do the opening gig, about twenty minutes (everyone else does five minuters), consisting of short pieces on a variety of subjects. Including: "Beetle and Me," a verse for wizard-friendly children age 8 to 80 and like-minded adults; "My Life in Three Minutes -- A Juke Box Autobiography;" and the first 400 words (a page and a half) of Michigan's swift, lean, lucid, topical, comical, movie-friendly novel, THE SKY BLUE TAXI.
