Dr. Balacco is good, but i agree that some of his staff are dreadful.

My biggest complaint is that it is sometimes impossible to get and appt. They often ignore the phone and let it ring 20 times! They can be VERY unsympathetic if you are very ill and need an emergency appt. They once said they couldn't see me for days, but i could come and wait at the end of day. I waited 3 hours and nearly passed out in the waiting room. Turns out i had a very bad case of bronchitus.
