I personally don't think any of these management companies do a 'great' job. You get what you pay for...
We use Waterfront Management. $250/month for bill payment, check collection (from landlords) and vacuuming hallways twice/month as well as trash removal (every night) and snow removal - when we need it.
If your building is small (no of units) and has a reasonable number of owner occupiers, I suggest you go back to self management. Re-write your condo rules if need be and make sure everyone is doing there share of the work.
