The Hoboken Cafe 

i'm stongly considering a move to hoboken - in fact 90% sure i want to be there. am doing my homework on real estate, demographics, taxes, lifestyle, job market (i'm a licensed clinical social worker), etc. any info. you could pass my way would be helpful. i notice that the message boards are comprised of individuals who are mostly under age 40. i know this does not represent all of hoboken... does it? the majority? lisa
