the best news is this...life can get really, really good beyond thirty. with the multitude of demographically divided lifestyles,(that news articles continuously point out)the DINK life, the suburbanites, yuppie life, etc., it is questionable about what REALLY exists in the community. the reason i posted my original questions about hoboken demographics, was to get an idea if the articles i've found were true in stating hoboken as a new 'up and coming' area for empty-nesters (yet another significant demographic label) that builders and developers are targeting. would you say this is a true demographic? lisa
