The Hoboken Cafe 

A friend of mine who's Indian and fairly dark skinned had no trouble getting in by himself (he arrived late), but it was early in the evening for dinner (Saturday night). But, it might be they only discriminate when it's crowded and a lot easier. At that hour they weren't carding anyone and had empty tables. Also, maybe it's more to do with some racist staff on certain shifts.
