Stop making "meeting women" your primary goal. Don't define your worth by whether or not you have a mate or can get laid easily. Remember, women (and men) like people with interests, passions, who are fun to be around. If you write poetry and are a music junkie, go to some poetry readings and concerts. But don't go to meet women, go because it's FUN. Go because these things interest you. The women will notice you in these places because you are having fun and doing what you love.
