Aru, sure there is a market, but I don't understand what you mean with this. It seems to neither give a good reason to post this stuff in purely non-commercial internet community, nor to justify the existence of this kind of business at all.
To the latter, I may add that trafficking humans has (according to UN investigations) become a leading business nowadays with more money (BILLIONS, as you call it) involved than e.g. in illegal drugs.
