Does this board always have to revert to THAT topic over and over.

Anyway, I’ve heard that some people have had success with those electronic noise devices. Also, perhaps some mothballs or small dishes of ammonia where you think they might be coming in (inside cupboards, etc.).

Does your LL live in the building? With luck you’ll drive them to his pad.
