Where in town can you go for a comfortable real breakfast (other than the tiny diner just down from the downtown Starbucks)? NYC has countless inexpensive diner-ish restaurants, sometimes called coffee shops. There has got got to be a similar place fairly centrally located in Hoboken. I do know about the diner way, way uptown. I'm not especially interested in pricey weekend brunch spots.
Also, aside from Starbucks and Panera, anyone know of any cozy places you can have coffee/tea and hang out for hours with paper, books, laptop, etc. I really enjoy being somewhere other than my apartment, out with the rest of the world. I'm more peaceful and productive for some strange reason. The world needs more putlic living rooms!
Thanks for any ideas. I've only been here a couple of months and haven't done much exploring. TOO COLD so far for wandering around when not absoloutely necessary.
