getch	Take a lot of photographs, document any interaction between you and your nieghbor, have witnesses if possible when talking with nieghbor and taking pictures. Save phone bills indicating how many calls made to nieghbor and condo board. File written compaint with condo board (make copies of everything.) Get estimates of damage repair. Then sue his ASS.
