Monster Sushi is fantastic, though quite pricey. They're on W. 23rd St. between 6th and 7th in Manhattan. Though I love sushi, I haven't tried any of the places in Hoboken, so I can't make any other recommendations for now. Sorry!

There's another Komegashi (the original one) at Warren and Montgomery (about three blocks up Montgomery St from Exchange Place path station). That one's not as pretty to look at as Komegashi Too, but the pieces are bigger and they're friendlier.
