I am sorry you had a bad experience there.

Let me suggest 2 other places then:

1.- Zafra. Corner of Willow and 3rd. Great Cuban place.

2.- La Isla. Right on Washington, almost at the corner of 1st street, next to Impostos. Very small, almost imposible to get a table, but well worth the wait. Also Cuban.
