The Hoboken Cafe 

Help me out guys - I want to open a cozy cafe with cyber gaming technology (like Alienware) and awesome food - tapas, dimsum on weekends, beer & wine and the best coffee you've ever had. I've looked around town and there seems to be only one or the other, never a nice combination. Do you think this concept would work in Hoboken?
