My apologies for not being clear. To answer your question Windy, the answer is yes. Judy does not have the liberty to advocate herself being that the placement she is at forbids her to have any contact with anyone unless Dyfs approves of it. She also does not have access to the internet and sometime sneaks in the library to use it. Judy is under house restrictions due to the nature of their policy. The reason I am posting this message is because Judy wants to reach out to those she knows and those who wish to be supportive at the Hoboken Café.
