The Hoboken Cafe 

It was pretty good. It is a historical movie about 19th century british sailors. If that sounds good to you, you will like the movie.

There are non-battle scenes which show the difficulties of the sailor life, such as surgery without anithetics, keeping discipline after unpopular command decisions, etc, but there is still plenty of action and some clever plot twists.
