hmm, I have a solution... let's all move to thailand (might need to change the name of this site to bangkokcafe.com) where tax is included and tipping is not expected. And even if people still put in the wrong amount, everything is so cheap, it doesn't really matter (nothing beats a $2.00 mouth-watering all you can eat vegetarian buffet!)
