I know how you feel.I'm going through the same thing.
the only thing i HATE my job.My supervisor does'nt want to let me go either.LOOKING FOR WORK!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T TAKE IT NO MORE. You must do whats best for you. If you feel that you are not going anywhere with this position move on.
