Actually, I find this to be a relaxing time of the year, but that's mostly because its a time when things are pretty mellow at work.
If your stressed out I would recomend meditation. Very good for stress.
And, of course the happy hour on the 21st. Sharing some drinks with friends is a great way to unwind :)
