i would say try festivus. it's for the rest of us. there was a funny article about it in the sunday times. otherwise, i i would say if the stress is coming from shopping, try to do it online or in advance throughout the year. don't leave it till the last minute. if it's family stuff, well...i don't have any advice on that.
