Beginning Silk Painting
Instructor: Ella Kiernan
Come join us for the first of our new workshop series!
In this one day course, you will learn the fundamentals of painting on silk, including learning about resists and the salt technique.
You will also learn how to set your painting so that it is even machine washable.
This is an easy and affordable art that creative spirits of all ages will enjoy.
Everything you will need is included in a $15 materials fee, and you will get to take home your hand-painted "wearable art" creation.
The instruction fee is on a pay-what-you-can/donation basis.
This workshop is intended for those new to the silk painting medium.
