Empty tank syndrome

Trying to either

1 - find someone who doesn't want his/her not-bigger-than-5-foot reptile and not the kind that gets bigger and would just love to give the reptile to me, or

2 - find someone who can use a practically-new 20-gallon tank, used-cracked 20-gallon tank, used 10-gallon tank [not usable for fish - the ammonia gets in the caulk: sealant, and tank would have to be resealed or something to use for fish, not worth doing that]

Anyone?
