Sweet! I always knew that Usui and Ueshiba crossed paths. So Aikido sprang from the combination of brute force and Reiki? Until the fateful Reiki Treatment, all Ueshiba was doing was pushing boulders and sitting under freezing waterfalls, right?
Actually, I owe you thanks, I just got something about this year in my life. Reiki and Aikido, two new passions which I'm having trouble sustaining at the moment, or not sustaining, but trouble progressing. Must mean I've forgotten to "do the work" again! I tend to be on fire at first with new things and then lose steam when they don't lead directly to Nirvana. Just a habit.
