Beau is working toward a Christmas launch for his work in progress or his 'magna opus' (which means simply "rather windy piece of reflection that sounds a bit more distinguee in French") about a bipolar who struggles with both the medical model, traditional religion, the U.S. government and being able to tie his own shoes. The title means ole 296.6 wants to purge the earth of the messiah notion -- does not believe it has advanced peace nor harmony and was not particularly keen on those 9 million or so witches killed either (healthy estimate from Monica Sjoo's book, "Cosmic Mother").
The novel plans on a bang-up ending where either/or, both/and the hero gets a lifetime commitment to a mental hospital and/or creates a workable global economy based on the Native American potlatch ceremonies.
Look for Christmas directions for purchase - will look great under any Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Also look for plenty of free selections of this work on the Writer's book shelf. Why free offerings? To save typing and get feedback from folks I trust. And to whet the reading appetites of the 4000 cafe members. (p.s. I once had a Masters in Journalism and would like to self-market).
Do not, I repeat, do not try this type of fictional world transformation alone or at home without a good doctor, a good exercise program, a brilliant teacher and good regime of medicine.
