At one point I experienced a sudden, intantaneous, chill to my hands. They were normal one minute then - bang - they were instantly chilled. Immediately after that they warmed and started to tingle. Very interesting indeed. The next day I experienced clearing in my physical body, but there is also something else that could have caused that reaction, so I'm not sure if the K-K was the sole culprit or not. LOL!! As with other sessions, in the days following I feel lighter, more balanced.
