This K-K was different for me -- this time I was wide awake and the K-K was energizing. I worked through the week to secure the intent I had set for the 18th, in case I would be asleep or caught up in an activity at the time, and when the time did come, I actually stayed up late to work on a creative project! I felt like I caught the energy wave! :) It also lasted a long time for me. I'm familiar enough with the K-K now that I strongly agree that "Energy cocoon" describes very well the state that I experience. I also notice that emotions and memories are not as present during this state, and that when I am awake for K-K (blush), my focus contracts so that I remain with one activity. Becoming single-minded. :)
As for post-K-K results, my first K-K seemed to help manifest cleansing (cold-like) symptoms, but since this K-K, a couple of headaches and more tired but those make sense due to present life factors -- less to do with post-K-K than my body choosing these ways in which to cleanse -- overall my body feels very good to me, although with small changes still going on.

Although I think it's funny that so many of us feel like we must have been the bad guinea pig. Does K-K cleanse guilt? ;)
