Yes, please do email me the pranayama -- my headaches are considerably fewer since I gave up cow dairy some years back, but I still occasionally experience three distinct kinds, and I'd be willing to experiment with breathwork to interact differently with them.
>- can Intention bring on a headache?? I suppose so. When concentration requires (or is given) more effort then some people can get headaches. But I cannot share much personal experience about headache because I never have them (one of life's not so small blessings).

A fine blessing for which to be thankful. :)
>- since the K-K is not reiki practices I understand how the expereince may differ the clearing practice is varied from time to time. And, a clearer intention on your part at the time of the work may well vary the manner in which you used the energy to your own well-Being
I'll continue to pay attention to the variety of factors influencing a K-K day, then. It would be valuable to learn whether or not my strongly set intention to be prepared for blood cleansing, could affect me to the point of precipitating a detox state, or signal, or whatever it was exactly. If this is indeed the case, then with correct intention, correctly timed, perhaps I could trigger an energy flow or self-detox, like some sort of energetic self-cleaning oven. Bagl, anyone?
Actually here my suspicion turns inwards in another direction -- I'm known for my determination, so perhaps I have something to learn here about the difference between clarity of intention, and force of intention.
Definitely the accompanying energy with headache was new for me -- I will continue to investigate this sort of phenomenon. I have been using my dreaming time on a more practical basis lately, so perhaps more pistons are going than usual, or more neurons firing. ;)
>- yes, I know a couple of people who had some expereinces one might call "cleansing" prior to their reiki 1 training. However, these were people who already had some years in other energy work practices so I was not surprised.

That is very cool! I rejoice in that kind of confirmation of inter-connectedness!
Thanks for your input, Firekeeper.
