About all I can report is that today my innards are a mess. I was prepared for the KK but fell asleep. I awoke magically at 11:30 my time but apparently passed right back out. My feeling of color the next morning was orange.
Perhaps so because I had applied some orange, clove etc. lotion at bedtime and was diffusing some grapefruit, sandlewood etc. EO's for connecting and detoxifying.
I have felt more energetic and alert since the KK however.
