Learn and experience Reiki, an ancient form of Touch Therapy. Reiki is a non-invasive hands-on healing technique that induces relaxation. Reiki works on the physical, mental and emotional levels, assisting the healing process and restoring balance to the body and mind.

LEVEL 1 REIKI CLASS
FEBRUARY 9 & 10, 2007
In Level 1 you will learn the history, principles, self healing, meditation, what an attunement is and its effects, plus plenty of time for hands on practice. Whether you want to practice on yourself, friends and family or eventually become a practitioner Reiki Level 1 will be a great foundation. Class is Friday evening from 7 - 9pm and Saturday from 10 - 5pm. Your investment is $165. A $50 deposit is required. All materials are included.

LEVEL 2 REIKI CLASS
FEBRUARY 23 & 24, 2007
In Level 2 you will learn the Reiki symbols, how to use them, Distance healing techniques, Level II Attunement (raises your vibration & assists your mental/emotional healing) plus lot's of hands on practice. Class is Friday evening from 7 - 9pm and Saturday from 10 - 5pm. Your investment is $200. A $50 deposit is required. All materials are included. (Level 1 completion is a prerequisite to this course.)

Your Teacher: Reiki Master Teacher Deborah Hollins
Deborah received her Degree in Social Work from the University of Calgary. She has worked with troubled families, trauma survivors, has been a counselor and group facilitator. Deborah is a trained allied professional in Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP) and is a Reiki Master Teacher.
(Please note that I require a minimum of four students to go ahead with the course.)
