Come and study the 1st level in the tradition of Reiki Jin Kei Do and receive the simplified version of the meditation that Usui used on Mt Kurama. This method is older than all other methods within Reiki and is only held within Reiki Jin Kei Do. Note: The method is a modern simplification of the Buddho meditation. The Buddho is only taught within the Buddho-EnerSense system for more advanced practitioners.
