I am reading this book now (along with 3 other books)and I find it to be very insightful. It describes the different practises of seven great masters; Patanjali, Lao Tzu, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed, Gurdjieff, Krishnamurti, and their individual teachings. The author integrates this knowledge with modern phsychotherapy techniques and the combination results ina simple yet profound meditation practise that can be done anytime, anywhere.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to enhance their practise, increase their energy and become more mindful in their lives.
