I am reading a book now called Emerging. It is outstanding..
Finality, if you are reading this, This books for you. That is if you don't already have it. :}
She talks about being the beloved-God.. See yourself as God inside your own skin.. Own that feeling. How might it feel to be God looking out through your perceptions and see this wonderful world? Your Life? How do you really feel about your life? Is it anything like how God sees it?
How would it feel if you allowed yourself to merge with the Beloved? If you do, can you feel your true self as you expand the feeling of Love within you?Can you hear a loving voice that is You speaking to you now? A higher wisdom? Allow the blessing of Love to warm you and feel the peace of your coming home; surrounding you. This is your true self.
There are many exercises she speaks of to help you integrate from having the experience of God as One with you "knowing".. vs. being. hard to expand on but I can tell you that seeing myself as God consciously is a bit of a mind blower. But so healing!I guess there is no better way to try and be more Loving-god like than to just step into "Being"..
When your ego steps up, you send all that anxiety and fear, anger up into the heart space to be transmuted by your true self..
You see, now you are healing yourself as yourself. Its a very precious place to be.. :}
I do highly recommend this book to anyone, its truly uplifting. I can feel the benefits from one days work.. You are supposed to be able to integrate the subpersonalities using this way of recieving yourself.. unconditonally loving.. I like that alot..
