have you read, "emerging" by Barbara? It is telling us to become God now.. That is what were here to experience. But not many people look out of their bodies as God experiencing himself/herself here Now through our own bodies..
Quite an exercise and very powerful.. I've moved so much energy doing this!!
I love spirals by the way.. don't know why.. Spirit used to spin me in what I thought were either spirals or angel wings when I danced.. Also when I do angelic light weaving I am oftentimes doing spirals and wings.. makes the heart smile..
