Interesting input on this book!
"Yet, he says Reiki is not near as good as what he does."
I do remember this part, but just kind of wrote it off as a difference of opinion. I saw a tremendous amount of similarities in his work as can be seen in Reiki, so I just looked on it as another form of healing in general.
"But the way he put down everyone who ever came before him as an energy worker really bothered me."
I interpreted this as his absolute excitement in the discovery of working with healing energy. It seemed like he was trying so hard to encourage everyone to believe in healing energy.
I'm glad you posted - it's great to get thoughts from both sides of the coin.
