I was interested to read your comments on Eric Pearl`s book. I too, felt that what he practised was very like Reiki ... but I did appreciate his cynical sense of humour which showed throughout.
Like Featherpoint, I think he was just so excited at what was happening to him, that he was not thinking in a logical kind of way, just going with the flow, so to speak.
From what I remember of the book, he does speak at various medical functions around the world, and this, at least, is bringing healing into the conventional medical sphere, which can only be good.
