I'm thankful of any energy you would like to send and I am indeed working very hard. Today feels better than yesterday. In my minds eye when I look at my energy from yesterday to today, I see a whirlwind of energy vs. a settling down.
I did some nice yoga stretches this morning and went to the mall and treated myself kindly.. Even went to Whole Foods ( gotta be the best place in the world to get great food) and enjoyed the organic salad bar.. Mmmmmmmmm!
Its so cool to be brought to this higher place of knowingness. Of course I'll try and remember to be kind and not short with myself. :}
