This past weekend I had yet another interesting dream experience. I had several powerful energy integrations and some lucid moments following that.
I have not been "practicing" any particular thing, but I have been "reading" and "pondering" a lot of stuff. I just finished Holographic Universe. Excellent book. In fact, it mentioned Tibetan Book of the Dead which I have on my shelf at home....and I think it is time to read it.
