Well yes it can be difficult to imagine that movement from one dimension to another is governed by the same "laws" (logic) that allow us to walk from the sofa to the kitchen and back,
but that is only because it is beyond our current understanding of how to do it.
It is said that when White man reached the shores of what is now the USA that the native people didn't see the ships, why?. Because they ( The ships) were beyond there comprehension, so in reality, because it is beyond your/our comprehension about moving into other dimensions by the laws of logic, dosn't mean that it isn't being done.
The thing is we just don't know at the present moment.
I have said before that this stuff should be looked at with an open mind.
