Re the sinus problem, I sympathise with you, holobon. I too suffered tremendously from sinus congestion. The area around my eyes would swell so much I could hardly see and was very painfull into the bargain. The only thing that would give any relief was Vibramycin from the Doc.
Then, following my first attunement, I could feel an attack coming on so visited the pharmacist to see if I could get something stronger than the usual sudafed, but was not able - only on prescription from the Doc.
So rather than wait the usual week or so, I went home and reiki'd myself for about an hour.
The following day, nose ran like a tap, pain and swelling disappeared and I have never had an attack since (Touch wood - bangs head furiously)
