Sorry I could not contribute further to this discussion when my computer crashed. Lazaris teaches that we are all fragments of the energy we call God. Actual bits of God. We chose to explore ourselves to find out who and what we are for ourselves. We do not hear this part of ourselves directly until we have evolved to the point that our kunilini is at our throat chakra. After that we hear ourselves, the God part of ourselves. Before that we hear our guide(s) or angels tanslate for us.
Your referrence to what you regard as ungodly behavior is evidence that we have free will to explore ourselves good and bad until the time we choose to return to our origin.
I doubt the Budha taught any of this. But is Budha all of God?
