To keep things in perspective: she asked for a technique, and didn't answer questions (grand mal or petit mal?) that were addressed to the condition about which she asked. She also threw out the snippy statements "Some people get too 'hung up' for lack of a better term on the permission" and "sounds like a few of you could benefit from some personal meditation on why you practise and what the practise means to you," which unsurprisingly touched off some reactions. And she made ipse dixit assertions about reiki going to the earth if it's not wanted. And when asked for explanation about that -- I'd really like to know why anyone believes that, whether there's any experiential base for the assertion -- said only she believes it because she believes it. It's not as if she was abused for asking for a technique.
