The Reiki Cafe 

I was just always told by people I went to see. I have a good friend who is a reiki master among other things and she told me that whenever I want to protect myself, to invision myself surrounded by a white light.
But, it's weird because I vagely remember other people telling me the same thing from long ago. Before I ever got into Reiki.
