I have used this system for many years. I have what I refer to as my "prayer box". It is a small wooden box - small enough that it fits in the palm of my hand. On very tiny pieces of paper I have people's names and sometimes a specific reason (i.e. I have a friend with a slipped disk) for the Reiki I wish to send. This box is one of my most
important possessions - it is sacred. I have SO many that I send Reiki to - that it is often impossible to send to them one by one. I can carry it with me everywhere and take it when I travel. Remember - it is always the INTENTION. This works quite well for me.
