I love crystals.
I sometimes place an amethyst on my third eye while meditating;sometimes carry a rose quarts with me;and also I arrange reiki grids with them(in the shape of Star of David),when it's activated the grid gives continuous energy,you can actually feel the warmth with your hands.I use rose quarts and selenite for the grid.It also helps to send continuous distant healing when the picture of the recipient is placed in the center of it..
