I am fairly new to the wonders of Reiki.....and although i attend a regular circle, there is a question i have been hesitant asking within the group. For whatever reason I felt embarassed to ask them what they say at the end of our meeting---which is said i guess as amen? If anyone could clue me in, so my next meeting im not mummbling something silly, I would very much appriciate it. Also......If there are any tricks or ideas for how to settle down and sit still after the Reiki Master goes around the circle...I find it hard to stay still after she touches me--feeling like i could run around the room. :)
