Each Reiki Share Group or circle is different and depends on the background of teaching and the master leading the group. Often people say a simple Namaste as a way of giving thanks at the end of a group but you should feel comfortable saying whatever you wish or not speaking at all if that is your desire.
Stillness or to be able to still your mind is an exercise that you can practise by following a meditation technique each day. Even if you do it for a short time you will gradually be able to more easily still your mind and hold that special place. Perhaps you might wish to visualise your own special place which brings calmness. One of my favourites is a river at dawn with the mist rising where the land is soft and even the birds are quiet.
Let go of all expectations and just be yourself in the moment and you will learn and feel all you want.
