tidesong	My Usui and Karuna Reiki teacher has modified the healing attunement for Karuna Reiki, and has had great success in doing so. I'd imagine if you study the Usui attunements vs. the healing attunement, you could probably figure out how to modify the Karuna Reiki attunement for the purpose of a Karuna healing attunement.....
