Once. along time ago, my cat had kittens and one was dying. I picked her up, put her on my chest and did reiki on her. I used the long distance healing symbol. She died immediately. I felt she should be put back with her mother so the mother would not be searching for her and would move her from the litter. When I put her back in the kitten box the other two immediately died. It was like a bridge. I could see it faintly.

I made a mental note that perhaps death has a resonance and reminded myself not to use the symbol hands on on the very young.

A couple years later a little snow leopard cat I had was dying. She was having convulsions and crying out. The vet was afraid it was a contageous disease and wanted to attempt to keep her alive until morning for a fresher tissue sample for the lab. My roomate and co owner of the cat agreed. It was a nightmare. I was weeping, the cat was crying in pain. I begged and pleaded that she be put down but the men wanted to know what the disease was.

I prayed and suddenly remembered the bridge. I went to the enclosure where she was-she had an IV. I visualized the long distance symbol laying before her.

"Run Possum Run! I whispered-"Hurry before they come in". It was like we were in another realm. I was standing before a bridge and she was on it. It was like it was light and I know I was too heavy for it yet she could stand easily. She hestiated and ran across it enveloped in fog. She turned and ran back for a moment but I clapped my hands and told her to run.

The vet tech came in and saw that she was gone. She had died. Death was never the same. I could see that for her it was like the casting off of an old garment. Such relief in her blue eyes when I told her to go on.

The discovery of the use of that symbol was such a gift for me in working with animals as I did some work at a vets. If a stray animal was horribly injured or ill and I did not know wheteher to work on him or not I would just put the symbol down and if he left that was it but if he stayed no effort was spared at life support.

There is alot about the symbols that have yet to be discovered. There are stories of Mrs Takata raising the dead so it is not surprising that it could have the opposite effect on another level.
