Hi Sherry,
I have to comment on this pain blend and am assuming these might be essential oils. There are warnings on these oils that have not been mentioned.
Eucalyptus (globulus) avoid with high blood pressure and if one has epilepsy, avoid using with infants around it can hurt their breathing.
Rosemary, avoid with epilepsy, avoid with high pressure, avoid with pregnancy.
Cajeput, avoid with pregnancy
Peppermint, avoid with high blood pressure, avoid with pregnancy and can irritate the skin.
Lavender is safe and also good for pain on its own.
*Some of the new thinking is that migraines are a seizure disorder so I would ask everyone to be aware and mindful of these warnings.
I diffuse my oils but still adapt them to others in the same enviroment with me; being I am a person who gets migraines and have a niece here who is pregnant.
I just wanted everyone to be aware if these are true EO's to heed the warnings. Perhaps they are just fragrance oils and then might not have any warnings on the bottled blend. In that case I would think they would not produce the pain reduction benefits.
Check your label Sherry.
