I know that Reiki in the west has had a large input from the psychic community, as people with a psychic gift see Reiki as an extension to what they are doing. To the extent that things like Reiki guides are actually taught on Reiki course. Even though it probably has little to do with original Japanese Reiki.
As some-one who has come to Reiki and therefore all the psychic baggage, relatively recently. I have no knowledge of psychic things, and as a guy am less sensitive to these type of experiences, I have a couple of questions.
Is there a need to protect your-self for "spirits" when doing Reiki.
If you are unaware of spirits and guides can you be harmed, by what you are unaware of.
How does one connect to or be aware of ones Reiki/Spirit guide.
I am aware to some extent of my intuition, but how does one improve intuition.
